BANI received a visit from the Saitama Bar Association of Japan (SBA) on May 21, 2026. This visit was an SBA activity in the Cross Border Business Legal Support Committee, which aims to provide legal support to help Small and Medium Enterprises in Japan in carrying out transactions and investments smoothly.

The delegation from Japan consisting of 9 legal professionals was led by Mr. Miyatake Atsushi, while from BANI Huala Adolf (Deputy Chairman of BANI) welcomed the delegation accompanied by BANI administrators, Eko D. Prasetiyo (Vice Secretary General of BANI Arbitration Center), Deni Amsari Purba (Arbitrator, Vice Chairman of BANI Medan), and also by senior arbitrators Prof. Dhaniswara K. Harjono, and Prof. Rosa Agustina. The visit of the Saitama Bar Association of Japan was facilitated by Alizia & Partners Law Office, Jakarta.
