BANI in collaboration with IMAC held a Workshop with the theme Alternative Resolution of Business and MSME Disputes through Mediation and Arbitration, Tuesday, 26 August 2025, at the Four Points Hotel, Medan.  The event was officially opened by the Chairman of BANI, Anangga W. Roosdiono, featuring speakers Bambang Widjojanto and Eko D. Prasetiyo with Moderator Yudi Haliman.  This workshop, which was attended by entrepreneurs, bar associations, notaries and government officials, discussed mediation and arbitration mechanisms in resolving disputes which are increasingly needed by the business world and MSMEs.
