The disruption and problem caused by the recent geographical conditions also hit businesses. It may to a certain degree affect the rights and obligations of the parties arising out of the contract. The effect may arise most probably the dispute.

Against this background, BANI Arbitration Center considers it quite appropriate to raise these geopolitical conditions in an international seminar. It aims to get a better insight of the impact of the geopolitical conditions.
