BANI held a Socialization of Arbitration Rules and Procedures in 2025, located at the Gran Melia Hotel, Jakarta, on May 27, 2025.These new rules and procedures improve the previous rules (in 2022) as an adaptation to the development of the world of arbitration. The resource persons were Huala Adolf, Vice Chairman of BANI, with Moderator Eko D. Prasetiyo, Deputy Secretary General of BANI. The socialization was attended by lawyers, businessmen and the government.
