BANI Arbitration Center hosted an International Seminar on Arbitration & ADR in Natural Resources Disputes on 21 June 2023. 

This one-day Seminar  discussed important issues and challenges pertaining to the role of arbitration and ADR as the mechanism to resolve Natural Resources Disputes and it gives better understanding to the participants in the development of the dispute resolutions on this aspect in the international practices.
The Seminar took place at The Pullman Hotel Jakarta Thamrin CBD, attended by around 100 participants.
