Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre is ready to commence its annual ADR in Asia Conference for 2012. The Conference is widely perceived as one of the major events on the international arbitration and dispute resolution calendar. It is used as a platform by many prominent members of the ADR community from across the globe to address important issues and developments in international arbitration and mediation. The overarching theme of this year’s conference will center around the impact of party autonomy on the arbitral process – Party Autonomy: Does Party Autonomy Help or Hinder The Arbitral Process? The Conference will be held on 17 October 2012 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong.
