The Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) of Mataram City visited the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) on October 23, 2024 as part of a Comparative Study to obtain information on the out-of-court dispute resolution process held at BANI. The visit was attended by 18 people consisting of the Management, Members and Secretariat of BPSK and the BPSK Officials, West Nusa Tenggara.  The delegation was accepted by the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General of BANI.
