BANI Medan held a National Seminar entitled "Together With Arbitration We Resolve Business Dispute" to commemorate the 45th anniversary of BANI Medan. Huala Adolf (Vice Chairman of the BANI Arbitration Center) in his Keynote Speech said that global trade and investment can make the country prosperous and create peace.

Chairman of BANI Medan, Tan Kamello, emphasizes that arbitration is a common property of the business community and must be discussed in various forums, from academics to business people. He hopes that the 45th anniversary of BANI Medan will be a momentum for business people to adopt a new paradigm, namely "Maintaining business relationship must be through arbitration".

This seminar presents competent speakers, such as Deni A. Purba (BANI Arbitrator), Martono Anggusti (business actor), Suprayitno (Notary), and Hasrul Benny Harahap (Advocate). The discussion was moderated by Syarifah Lisa Andriati.
