In commemoration of the 46th anniversary of the BANI Arbitration Center (30 November 1977 - 2023) and the 42nd anniversary of BANI Surabaya (17 November 1981-2023),  BANI Surabaya held a seminar on Saturday, 18 November 2023 at the Elmi Hotel, Surabaya.

The seminar entitled "Dynamics and Development of Arbitration Procedural Law in Indonesia" was presented by H. Basoeki S.H., FCBArb., Prof. Dr. H M. Saleh, S.H., MH., FCBArb., and Dr. Sudiman Sidabukke, S.H., CN., M.Hum, with moderator Prof. Dr. Y. Sogar Simamora, S.H., M.H., FCBArb. The seminar aims to provide an understanding of procedural law for practitioners in resolving business disputes.
