In commemoration of the 46th anniversary of the BANI Arbitration Center (30 November 1977 – 30 November 2023), BANI Palembang held a Seminar on Tuesday, 21 November 2023 at the Arista Hotel, Palembang. The event was packaged with a Talkshow & Afternoon Tea pattern, with the theme "Resolving Property Disputes Through Arbitration" and presented by Dr. Anangga W. Roosdiono, S.H., LL.M., FCBArb., Prof. Dr. Joni Emirzon, S.H., M.Hum., FCBArb., H. Bambang Hariyanto, S.H., M.H., FCBArb., FIArb., Dr. Ir. Ahmad Rizal, S.H., M.H., FCBarb., FIIArb., and Zewwy Salim.

Even though it takes the property sector as its theme, this seminar aims to promote arbitration as a wider forum for resolving business disputes.
