The 46th anniversary of the BANI Arbitration Center was held in Medan. One of the commemorative activities is the National Seminar held on 30 November 2023, with the topic "BANI's Role as a Business Dispute Resolution Institution Through Arbitration/Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Digital Era".

The seminar was opened by Plt. Governor of North Sumatra Hassanudin, and highlighted by a Keynote Speech by the Chairman of the Medan High Court H. Panusunan Harahap. The seminar featured speakers from practitioners and academics Firsal Mutyara, Joni Emirzon, Eko Dwi Prasetiyo, Ahmad M. Ramli, Huala Adolf and Tohar Suhartono. The seminar, guided by moderators Deni Amsari Purba and Yudi Haliman, was attended by more than 200 participants from various respectable circles.

Besides the Seminar, BANI simultaneously held general lectures (University Lectures) at four universities in Medan, namely North Sumatra University, North Sumatra Islamic University, Medan Area University and Panca Budi Development University, on 1 December 2023.
