In commemoration of the 46th BANI Anniversary Arbitration Center (30 November 1977 – 30 November 2023)  and the 20th BANI Bandung Anniversary, BANI Bandung held a Seminar on Wednesday, 1 November 2023, at the Embassy Room of the Savoy Homann Hotel Bandung. This event is held in a hybrid manner which can be watched online and offline. The seminar discussed Intellectual Property, with the title "Implementation of Intellectual Property Rights Protection Through Mediation and Arbitration".

Providing opening remarks at the seminar was R. Andika Dwi Prasetya, Bc.IP., SPd. (Head of the West Java Provincial Law and Human Rights Regional Office), the leaders of the BANI Arbitration Center, the Indonesian Arbitrator Institute (IArbI) and the West Java Indonesian Law Doctors' Gathering Forum (Forsiladi).

The seminar speaker is Dr. Andi Taletting Langi, S.Ip., S.H., M.Si., M.Phil., Dr. Hetty Hassanah, S.H., M.H.,  Dr. H. Jafar Sidik, S.H., M.H., MKn.,  FCBArb., FIIArb., and Dr. Ranti Fauza Mayana, S.H. The event was hosted by Moderator Maralda H. Kairupan, S.H., LLM., FCIArb.
