BANI Arbitration Center has been actively participating in APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) programs.  On 25-27 January 2024, APEC held a Workshop on Implementation of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in APEC Economies, including through the APEC ODR Collaborative Framework, in Tokyo, Japan.

At the workshop, it was discussed the presentations brought by resource persons form Japan, China, Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, USA, and Indonesia.  In this prominent event BANI was represented by Prof. Huala Adolf, Vice Chairman of BANI Arbitration Center, as one of the contributors from Indonesia.
